My works are often functional as well as beautiful, just like nature. Fine art glass transmits colored light, which I am drawn to for its spiritual and healing qualities. I love to juxtapose glass with hand forged-metal for the strength, structure and malleability it lends.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI hold a patent for my unique glass shaping technique. I developed a process to shape Tiffany-style fine art glass, which previously had been thought of as too finicky to kiln fire. A wonderful by-product of kiln-firing this glass is the way the color deepens and evolves during firing.
