I was born in Germany and grew up in the Canary Islands.
Getting my art education at the "Gasteig Academy" in Munich, Germany in the 1980s explains why I am so in love with abstract art.
As a flight attendant I had the opportunity to take art classes and workshops not only in Germany but in Argentina, Thailand, South Africa, China and the US. I never stopped exploring our world and its different cultures.
I like to paint in series because after I finish a painting I see so many more possibilities to explore that I continue until I have done at least 5 different versions.
I don't limit myself by working only with brushes or palette knives - but use whatever is within my reach as a tool to create my art.
Texture is very important to me because I have a blind friend who likes to "see" my paintings with her hands.
